The Vietnam Australia Centre (VAC) held its third public sector leadership course at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) in March 2023. Over 40 Vietnamese government officials attended, with discussions focused on new leadership knowledge and practical applications in a complex and ever-changing world context.
During the course, participants who are future leaders of the Vietnamese public sector and government, learned to improve their leadership skills. They explored a variety of leadership styles and approaches within the cultural and operational context of the Vietnamese public sector. They also explored contemporary gender equality, disability and social inclusion considerations relating to leadership.

The course was delivered by RMIT Vietnam for the VAC as part of the VAC’s training, capacity building and research activities for Vietnamese officials.
