Strategic Leadership Skills for Mid-Level Leaders and Managers
Guest speakers at the event included Australia’s Ambassador to Vietnam, Ms Robyn Mudie, and Vietnam’s former Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Nguyen Phuong Nga, who both shared their own leadership lessons, experiences and insights. Through innovative and participative learning, RMIT experts and course participants discussed topics such as strategic road-mapping, self-leadership, leading others, cultivating leadership excellence and fore-sighting in the age of digital disruption.
